In short: the Cricket Escape app collects no personal data. It has no accounts, adverts, analytics, crash reporting, tracking or in-app purchases, and it does not send anything to us or to anyone else. Your progress stays on your device.

This policy explains what information is involved when you play Cricket Escape ("the game") on Android or iOS, or in a web browser at this website, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Cricket Escape is made by Wiiby Apps, Rajkot, Gujarat, India ("the developer", "we"). Contact: appswiiby@gmail.com.

The Android and iOS app

The app works entirely on your device. It never asks for your name, email address, contacts, photos, location or any other personal information, and it does not use your device's advertising identifier. The Android app does not request internet access, and the iOS app makes no network requests.

The app does not collect, transmit, share or sell any data. On the App Store this is shown as "Data Not Collected", and on Google Play as "No data collected" and "No data shared".

What is kept on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the game stores the following on your device only:

which levels you have unlocked and your best stars for each;
the level you were playing and the arrows still on its field;
your sound and vibration settings.

This information never leaves your device and we cannot see it. On iPhone and iPad it may be included in an iCloud or computer backup of the device, which Apple handles; on Android it may be included in a device backup, which Google handles. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data, deletes it.

Playing in your browser

The browser version at /play/ stores the same progress and settings in your browser's local storage on your computer or phone. You can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

All of the browser version's files, including its fonts, are served from this website. It does not contact any other service, and no game data is sent anywhere.

This website

This website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, Vercel receives standard request information (such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested) in order to deliver the page and protect the service, and keeps it in short-lived logs under the Vercel Privacy Policy. The website uses no cookies, analytics or adverts.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information, it collects none from children.

Support emails

If you write to us, your email address and message are kept in the developer's email account (Gmail) so we can answer you, and are deleted within 12 months of the last message. We use them only to reply to you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, India or US states such as California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to complain to a data protection authority. Because the game holds no personal data about you outside your own device, there is normally nothing for us to access or delete. If you have emailed us, you can ask us to delete that correspondence at the address above. For players in India, the contact address above is also the contact for grievances.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell or share personal information.

Purchases

The game has no in-app purchases.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, for example because a future version adds a new feature, the new version will be published on this page with a new date before that version is released.
