Agreement
Cricket Escape ("the game") is made by Wiiby Apps, Rajkot, Gujarat, India ("the developer", "we"). By playing the game you agree to these terms. The terms of the app store you got it from also apply.
The game
The game is free, with no adverts and no in-app purchases. We may change the game, or stop offering it.
Progress
Stars and level progress are stored only on your device and have no cash value. They may be lost, for example when the game is uninstalled or its data is cleared.
Fair play
Please do not copy, resell or modify the game, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working well, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of faults.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect losses or for lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Privacy

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
